All orders placed prior to 12pm AEST on a business day will be dispatched within 2–3 working days. Please note that during periods of exceptionally high demand, delivery times may require an additional business day. Ensure your delivery details are correct, as once a parcel leaves our facility we are unable to intercept or amend it. After your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can follow its progress. We use Australia Post, with deliveries typically occurring between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

RETURNS

Had a change of heart? NML believes in having less ‘stuff’ but more of what you truly love. It is important to us that you feel beautiful, free and happy in your NML purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return service for full-priced items. This policy is conditional on the following:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags still attached.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase, together with the original proof of purchase from our NML online store.

  • SALE: Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

  • NML Gift Cards cannot be returned for a refund.

Returning your entire order, the complimentary gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition. If it is not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund. Partial returns, if your return reduces your order value below the qualifying spend for the gift, the complimentary item will also need to be returned; if it isn’t, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund. Exchanges, if your exchange keeps your order above the qualifying spend, you are welcome to keep your gift.
